The fate of the East Hill cycle lane development is still undecided as concerns are raised that two of the city's major developments will cause significant congestion.
The East Hill cycle lane works was first expected to start in January to coincide with redevelopment of the junction at St Botolph's Circus, before being delayed to this summer and spring respectively. Don't forget to read the comments!!
