Frequent users of a busy car park in Colchester’s city centre have shared their frustrations about long term plans to shut it and make way for housing.
It comes as Colchester Council confirmed its intention to shut temporarily Britannia car park later this year as part of a major redevelopment project at St Botolph's Quarter.
